Our strategy is to support our clients to efficiently manage their portfolio of Real Estate assets utilizing creative and intensive practices leveraging costs and defining tailored-made methodologies to enhance asset value and its commercialization.
We are currently looking for enthusiastic team-players to join our dynamic and highly motivating Real Estate Sales Team in our central office in Athens.
Job position: Real Estate Sales Executive
Key activities / duties
- Perform Real Estate Asset analysis & segmentation of the portfolio under management for commercial purposes.
- Visit real estate brokers for monitoring the performance of the assigned portfolio and align strategy with the results achieved.
- Follow up real estate brokers network on performance KPIs.
- Execute company’s commercialization strategy in new geographical regions.
- Prepare reports regarding commercialization activity for internal and external stakeholders
- Support transactions management team.
- Delivering excellent client service
In particular, to qualify for the role you must have:
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience in commercial fields in different markets or similar experience in real estate industry.
- An outstanding academic background.
- Excellent command of the English language both Verbal and writing.
- Professional approach, business acumen and strong presentation & communication skills.
- Computer literacy.
