Before joining Orizor Asset Management Team, Giannis has worked as Asset Management Senior Analyst, where he gained in-depth knowledge of legal and technical procedures of the auction, eviction, technical due diligence and closing process. More specifically, his key responsibilities:
– Manage multiple portfolios of assigned real estate assets.
– Facilitate the communication with notaries, bailiffs, leaseholders, external partners incl. technical advisors, legal advisors in order to handle processes and manage any potential issue.
– Handle the eviction process in cooperation with the client.
– Collect and report all expense related documents/invoices for engaged portfolios.
