Orizor SA is an Independent Real Estate Asset Management Company offering end-to-end Property Management and REO solutions to Financial Services industry and Private Equity funds. Our robust regional network of bailiffs, technicians, civil engineers and brokers ensure high quality services.

Our strategy is to support our clients to efficiently manage their portfolio of Real Estate assets utilizing creative and intensive practices leveraging costs and defining tailored-made methodologies to enhance asset value and its commercialization.

We are currently looking for enthusiastic team-players to join our dynamic and highly motivating Maturity Team in our central office in Athens.

Main responsibilities:

Plan and coordinate facility management activities of the portfolio of property under management
Visit properties under management, complete safety & first inspection reports after property onboarding,
Oversee, update the utility bills of the properties, and reassure that all are paid in due course.
Monitoring the property maintenance activities, cleaning schedules, ad hoc soft facility management services
Responsible for storing keys per property under management.
Perform property viewings for health and safety activities, or for commercial purposes.
Visit local authorities for ad hoc property needs.
Communicate on time any defects/omissions or misfunctions to the Asset Management Dpt
Inspect and arrange maintenance to keep the properties functioning in top condition.
Keeping track of regular and ad-hoc facility expenses.

Requirements

up to 2 years of relevant work experience in a professional services firm serving clients in different industries or similar experience in a real estate industry.
Familiarity with specialized property documents would be considered also as a plus;
academic background
excellent command of the English language both verbal and writing;
professional approach, business acumen and strong communication skills;
computer literacy.
